Bangkok (The Nation/ ANN) -- The International Court of Justice's decision on the dispute between Thailand and Cambodia over Preah Vihear Temple will be delayed until next year, Foreign Minister Surapong Tovichakchaikul said yesterday.
It is expected that the ruling concerning the interpretation of the ICJ's 1962 judgement on the Hindu shrine, which was initially expected this month
