Letter of support from Philippine Senate President Franklin Drilon to CNRP President Sam Rainsy: "Allow me to express my solidarity to the people of Cambodia. The road to true democracy may be arduous but like our experience in the Philippines, the will of the people, in the end, shall prevail.
